Peg...... 

Known as 'Our Peg' to Keith / Lynn and Swanley. An ardent Liverpool (football) supporter, and season ticket holder, goes to most home games and as many away games as possible. A regular visitor to Seven Kings and the local hostelries (SEDZ etc). They meet regularly in the Golden Egg nearby the shops of Keith's and Swanley's. Peg is a child predator who has escaped arrest, although he is 'under surveillance' by the Metropolitan Police and probably Manchester Constabulary. Peg is an unscrupulous landlord and has several properties, at least four in the Manchester / Bolton area, several in the Midlands and one in Seven Kings, Essex. Most of his properties are rundown and squalid and he is not discerning of the type of tenant he attracts. Peg offloads all his redundant items from his properties to the charity shop run by Keith / Lynn. He also has a hobby inventing and likes to think he is an entrepreneur; however most of his inventions are failures and the associated 'unused' remnants are also given to Keith / Lynn to sell in the shop.
