Younger sister of Maeve, born in 1955. Pretty and flirtatious in her younger days but still is striking and lights up the room with her personality. Local (unfounded) rumours are that she is a prostitute as there always seems to be a lot of money in the household and she hasn't got a job. She likes a drink, her favourite tipple being Irish Whiskey and Ginger Wine. She has a good heart and would help anyone. She has a son (with first husband Kelvin) called Tin. Emigrated to England in 1980 with her second husband Melvyn and son Tin to be near to the O'Flattery family, and especially to her sister. Moira comes to a terrifying and brutal end at the hands of her second husband Melvyn when living in England.
